Chinese 5-Spice Powder

Five-Spice Powder isn't really hot but is quite concentrated, so use it in small quantities.
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Star Anise ground
- 2 Tablespoons Fennel Seeds ground
- 2 Teaspoons Cassia crushed
- 2 Teaspoons Szechuan Peppercorns crushed
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cloves ground
Instructions
- Combine ground star anise, ground fennel seeds, crushed cassia, crushed Szechuan peppercorns, and ground cloves.
