Rice Version #2

Brown rice is a staple of a healthy diet. This rice can be cooked in a rice cooker as well.
Ingredients
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 Cup Short Grain Brown Rice
- 2 Cups Water
- 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
Instructions
- Mince the garlic clove.
- In a small pot with a lid add the uncooked rice, water, garlic, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and sea salt. Cover and bring to a simmer for 25–30 minutes over medium heat. Once the rice is tender remove from heat.
