I bought your book, and you are the first person I’ve seen over ten plus years that makes sense, as no doctor so far has said much about all my problems. For years I’ve been wondering what’s wrong with me. I have so many problems it’s crazy. Ringing in the ears, restless leg syndrome, metobolic syndrome/insulin resistance, ibs(over twenty years),gout attacks, high blood pressure, depression, anxious, sleep apnea, snoring (chronic), at times loss of energy, it just seems to go on and on, with no real solution. What do I do or who do i see? Russ

What is a normal weight loss progression to be expected. I started the basic program Mondy with initial weight of 225. Weighed this morning at 220. Is this losing weight too quickly and are there any dangers I should be aware of? I appreciate your viewpoint. Thanks

Dr. Hyman’s Blood Sugar approach to achieve health and happiness is a ‘ Dhamma ‘path wherein one goes into Nature’s shelter. Seven steps are to evoke mind and body vitality enabling oneself to cure himself of various illnesses.
No doubt that his work is another mile stone in the medical history of helping humanity to get rid of ill health and achieving quality life.

II listen to WPR daily. I heard Dr. Hyman speak on the “People’s Pharmacy”. I felt hopeful for the first time since being diagnosed with diabetes over 20 years ago. I ordered the book, “The Blood Sugar Solution.” I am overweight, on insulin, on meds for depression, high blood pressure, high cholesterol. It occured to me that I started all these meds after being on insulin. I was doing one thing right. brisk walking 30 mins daily. Since changing my diet, my insulin has decreased to minimum. I am losing weight! I anticipate more progress and feel for the the first time, control and understanging. Thank you

” Plus, church is always free and most offer child care services. That means we live our lives by day, unlike owls, bats, badgers, (as well as a few musicians I know). It should be borne in mind that besides people who are aggressive by nature, other people who take steroids may also be at risk. People who might have clinical depression must see their doctor immediately. Try to make it a list that you know you can manage. One of the main reasons is the stress and the tensions they undergo in their day-to-day life which later on aggravate to depressions and other severe conditions.
