I’ve Learned So Much From This Program

I look at the Facebook page several times a day to get inspiration. For me this is just as important a result as the 14#’s I lost on the scale I’ve learned so much from this program. I now understand that the food I eat communicates with my body. I’ll never be the same again and I’ll be healthier because of my participation in the Daniel Plan first and then the Blood Sugar Solution. I’m a loner and I’ve suffered in silence all my life rarely discussing how much emotional pain I was in from being overweight. I’ve learned to make comments and to even admit when I’m struggling. I look at the Facebook page several times a day to get inspiration. For me this is just as important a result as the 14#’s I lost on the scale.

    an amazing woman with true dedication to this program! i’m finishing my first week of preparation before starting the 6 week program. my blood sugars are already lowering dramatically! Thanks EC!

    OMG… I have had this rash on my right shin for almost 9 months… I’ve been to several doctors.. no cream help… So guess what.. I haven’t even totally started the diet, I’m just on week to of prep. But I have been trying to eat by the Blood Sugar Solutions advises. So two weeks of just trying to eat better… not 100% on the diet.. and I wake up this morning and No Rash!! Totally gone. To me this is just more proof I’m on the right track and that food really is our medicine. I’m looking forward to completing the 6 weeks. I have 80 pounds to lose, high blood pressure, high triglycides. I feel so condifient that this this the right way to go. I’ll report back as I grow healthier and healthier.
